Most people that suffer from anxiety or stress believe that they will be that way for life. They have often tried so many things that simply haven’t helped. The problem with this is that they simply lose hope. The same happens to people that are overweight, they try every diet under the sun. They might lose some weight, only to put it all back on, and more.
The problem is that these people aren’t changing their behaviours.
